The ASEA Health Trust provides audio benefits (hearing exams, hearing devices, assistive devices, etc.), with coverage of up to $5,000 per person every three Plan years. The Plan pays 80% of the allowable expenses for participants in: |
- Plan A / Full Plan for Employees and Families
- Plan B / Full Plan for Employees Only
- Plan D / Low Option Plan for Employees and Families
The Plan pays 20% for participants in Plan C / Supplemental Plan.
Amount Covered by Plan Option
The amount the Plan pays for hearing care is based on the Allowable Expenses of the Medical Plan Option in which you are enrolled.
