OPEN ENROLLMENT 2025

Open Enrollment begins Monday, May 19 and ends on Friday, June 6 at 5:00 p.m. (AKDT).

What’s Changing?
For the past eight years, the Trust has kept contribution rates steady by managing costs and absorbing increases. To maintain reserves, rates will increase for the 2025/2026 Plan Year:

• Plan A: $345/month (increase of $50)
• Plan B: $165/month (increase of $25)
• Plan C: $40/month (increase of $5)
• Plan D: $45/month (increase of $5)

How to Enroll:
Starting May 19, you can:

• Click “Open Enrollment” at the top of this page to log in and complete your form online, or
• Use the paper form in your Open Enrollment packet (mail, fax, or send via secure message through “Contact Us”).

You MUST complete Open Enrollment if:

• You want to change your Plan.
• You want to enroll in a Health Care Reimbursement Account (HCRA) — HCRA elections do not roll over.
• You and your spouse are enrolled in Plan A — you must confirm your spouse’s eligibility for other employer-sponsored coverage.
• Failure to confirm will result in a $125/month spousal surcharge even if your spouse is not eligible for other employer-sponsored coverage.

Watch for Your Open Enrollment Packet by May 19
Your Open Enrollment packet should arrive in the mail by Monday, May 19. Please review the materials to see if you want to:

• Change your health plan.
• Enroll in a Health Care Reimbursement Account (HCRA).
• Learn about the spousal surcharge if your spouse is enrolled in Plan A.
